WAIST : Measure horizontally from side to side of the top of the pants.

THIGH : Place tape measure two inches under the crotch and measure horizontally.

CALF : Place tape measure about 12 inches from the bottom of the pants and measure horizontally.

FRONT RISE : Place tape measure in the center of the pants and measure from the top of the pants to the bottom of the crotch.
