In store returns

You may return in store for free any item purchased online for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the product.

Product must be returned in the same condition as it was sold. The item must not be used nor altered and must include all inserts and accessories, if applicable.

MAXIMUS reserves the right to refuse a return if the article does not come back in its original state. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Certain items are excluded from the return policy:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Gift Cards 

Please note that the initial delivery charge is non-refundable.

Mail returns

You can return products purchased online by mail within 30 days of receipt of the product.

To return the merchandise by mail, please follow the steps below:

  • Fill out the return form: The return form is at the bottom of this page. You need to fill it out and summit it.
  • Carefully pack your items: You can reuse the bag or box in which you received your package.
  • Stick the return label: Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive a return label by email.
  • Canada Post: All you have to do is take your package to the nearest Canada Posts office or drop it off in a Canada Post box.
In accordance with the return policy, a delivery charge of $10 plus tax will be deducted from your refund.

If you are making a return by mail, you must complete the return form at the bottom of this page.

Once the form is completed, your request will be processed and a return label will be emailed to you.



If you have made a return and requested a refund, it will be issued within 14 business days of your package being returned to our office.

The refund will be made to the credit card that was used to pay for the order and a refund confirmation will be emailed to you.
Returns made in store are also free.

MAXIMUS reserves the right to refuse a return depending on the condition of the merchandise upon arrival at our office. Affected customers will be notified by email or phone. If an item is refused for a return and the customer wishes to collect that item, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.



Our web platform does not support exchanges. If you wish to exchange one or more items, here's how to proceed :

1- Contact customer service at to indicate you wish to make an exchange (indicate your full mane and order number).

2- Fill out the return form below.

3- Make a new order containing the replacement items.

4- Once you have received the return label by email, ship the package containing the items you are exchanging.

5- In order to avoid paying two delivery charges (one for the return and one for sending the replacement items), if delivery charges are applicable for the replacement items, the delivery charge of $10 plus tax will NOT be deducted from the refund of returned items.

6- In short, you assume the costs of returning the items to us and we assume the costs of returning the new items to you.
