Due to the ongoing strike at Canada Post, all deliveries will temporarily be handled by Purolator.
Returns and Exchanges
For returns, you will need to wait until the strike ends to process them through Canada Post. To accommodate this, the return deadline will be extended by the duration of the strike (e.g., if the strike lasts two weeks, the return period will be extended by two weeks).
If possible, we recommend visiting one of our stores to complete your returns or exchanges during this period.
Important Notes
- Delivery times may be longer than usual as other carriers handle increased parcel volumes.
- MAXIMUS has no control over the situation at Canada Post and is working to minimize any disruptions to your shopping experience.

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OF $125 AND MORE
Free shipping is applied to orders of $125 or more before taxes.
The cost of delivery is $10 plus tax for orders under $125 before taxes.
This offer is valid for orders delivered in Canada and excludes gift cards. Certain remote areas including Yukon, Nuvavut, the Northwest Territories and certain cities in Quebec are excluded. Therefore, the shipping fees for these regions is $30 plus taxes. For the cities in Quebec that are excluded from our shipping policy, if no shipping charges were charged on the order, customer will be contacted to make the payment by phone before the order can be processed.
DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be delivered within 2-10 business days. This delay varies depending on your region.
*** When your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number. This number allows you to track the delivery of your package. Please note that this email may be in your spam folder. Also, please wait for the following day to start tracking your package.
Please bear in mind given the current global situation, delivery may take longer than usual!

All orders are delivered exclusively by Canada Post.
All orders are shipped in heavy duty recyclable plastic bags or cardboard boxes, depending on the items ordered and the size of the order.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
