Canada Post Strike
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we have temporarily chosen Purolator for order shipments to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Please allow 5 to 14 business days for delivery.
Some orders going to remote areas or regions not served by Purolator (or where shipping costs are too high) will be placed on hold until Canada Post services resume. Affected customers will be contacted directly to be informed of the situation.
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OF $125 AND MORE
Free shipping is applied to orders of $125 or more before taxes.
The cost of delivery is $10 plus tax for orders under $125 before taxes.
This offer is valid for orders delivered in Canada and excludes gift cards. Certain remote areas including Yukon, Nuvavut, the Northwest Territories and certain cities in Quebec are excluded. Therefore, the shipping fees for these regions is $30 plus taxes. For the cities in Quebec that are excluded from our shipping policy, if no shipping charges were charged on the order, customer will be contacted to make the payment by phone before the order can be processed.
DELIVERY TIME (Non applicable during the Canada Post strike)
Your order will be delivered within 2-10 business days. This delay varies depending on your region.
*** When your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number. This number allows you to track the delivery of your package. Please note that this email may be in your spam folder. Also, please wait for the following day to start tracking your package.
Please bear in mind given the current global situation, delivery may take longer than usual!

All orders are delivered exclusively by Canada Post.
All orders are shipped in heavy duty recyclable plastic bags or cardboard boxes, depending on the items ordered and the size of the order.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
